The Heritage Swing reflects over 30 years of craftsmanship at Duckpaddle. Originally designed to showcase a painted trellis at a major garden show, it quickly became one of our most popular and recognisable designs.

Crafted from sustainable, pressure-treated Scandinavian redwood, the swing features a substantial frame with trellis sides and a traditional Red Cedar shingle roof. The roof structure is built with treated battens, finished with genuine Cedar shingles for a durable and distinctive appearance.

The standard seat is a comfortable 3-seat High Back cradle with a removable centre armrest/table and fixed drinks shelves integrated into the frame. You can upgrade to the Beaumont cradle, which also includes a removable centre armrest. Optional extras include a solid tongue-and-groove back (with or without trellis), high-back recliner cushions in Taupe, and curved Red Cedar footrests to match the roof.

The frame can be finished in a selection of Farrow & Ball paint colours, a bespoke colour of your choice, or supplied in a natural finish.

Please allow an additional 200mm roof overhang on all sides due to the Cedar shingles.

The swing requires a reasonably level, solid base. We recommend preparing an area at least 150mm larger than the footprint dimensions to ensure the posts do not sit directly on the edges.

Free delivery and construction are currently available to England and Wales (limited time). Delivery and installation arrangements will be agreed prior to dispatch.
